ORGANIC LOAD Tersano LotusPro Findings by Type of Room

The inspectors, students and employees of the school were impressed by the performance of the Tersano device. Given the soiling and residue on the various surfaces, everyone was a little skeptical that water, even something based on an Aqueous Ozone model , would be able to remove any soiling as effectively as a chemical or an ionized water alternative. It was immediately apparent that those fears were unfounded – the LotusPro device removed the bio-film soiling quickly, leaving the surfaces within each room with remarkable ATP reductions. For removing ATP, the LotusPro unit delivered superior sanitizing results overall, reducing ATP levels by 92.5% on average.

Specifically, the Somerset  Academy reduced the organic  load by a high of over 96% in two  room types (the Auditorium and  the Elevator Lobby) with the  lowest reduction occurring in the  Classroom area.

The organic load, as validated by ATP count, was varied by type of room, with the greatest reductions occurring in the Elevator Lobby and the Auditorium, while the lowest reduction occurred in the Classroom, where constant re-loading is an on-going issue.
